Baskets filled with vegetables and fruits

Nobody needs to be convinced of the benefits coming from the introduction of large amounts of vegetables and fruits into a diet. Doctors recommend consuming a portion of vitamins supplied by vegetables or fruit at least five times a day. It is also worth eating seasonal products available in the region where we live. Then we will be certain that the products we buy on the local market are not subjected to strong preservatives and are freshly harvested. Moreover, delivering them to a stall does not require as much energy as overseas transportation, so we do not contribute to environmental pollution.
