Apples and peaches are fruits used widely in the food industry. They are among the most universal agricultural products – you can eat them raw or preserved (the availability of preservation methods is also wide – from drying to preserving in brine). They can also be used for jams and purees, juices and alcohols (apples are used for production of ciders, whereas peaches – sweet liqueurs). These fruits can be served sweet as an ingredient of cakes and desserts, but also used for cooking poultry and red meat dishes. In addition to the culinary universality of uses, apples and peaches are also very healthy, they also bear fruit in many latitudes.
