Istanbul on Bosporus Strait (Turkey)

The Bosporus Strait connects the Black Sea with the Marmara Sea, separating Europe from Asia. On both shores of the strait the city of Istanbul is situated - one of the two cities in the world situated on two continents. Although Istanbul is not the capital of Turkey, it is the largest city of this country and even creates the largest agglomeration in Europe.
