Castle Eltz (Germany)
Burg Eltz it is a gothic castle in the area of Eifel, by the Elzbach river. It was built in the 12th century by the Eltz family, which even today owns this monumental building. Throughout the centuries the Eltz castle was rebuilt and extended many times in order to provide proper conditions for the ever growing family.
