The eighteenth-century church of St. Nicholas is located at the Lesser Town Square in Prague's district of Malá Strana. The temple represents the Baroque style, has a dome, high belfry and magnificent frescoes and the organ inside. On commission of the Jesuit Order, Christoph Dientzenhofer was responsible for the construction of the temple, which was later continued by his son. Visitors to the church may enter the belfry and admire the views. Malá Strana is a district full of baroque buildings, charming streets and gardens, where both tourists and Prague’s inhabitants relax.
