Woolen fibers are obtained from sheep and other cloven-hoofed animals, for example, camels and llamas. The obtained raw material is used for production of soft fabric with valuable thermal insulation properties, thanks to which it has been successfully used for making clothes for centuries. Wool wicks moisture away and at the same time protects against harmful UV rays. Clothes made of wool are not susceptible to creases and dirt and they protect well against cold, even if the fabric is damp. Unfortunately, you need to take care of woolen garments because they can easily get fuzzy and pilled.
