Colorful candies
Consumption of sweets in excess causes caries, obesity and even leads to addiction. Caloric candies, devoid of valuable nutrients, containing artificial constituents, aromas, preservatives and fillers, have very few advantages from a dietetic point of view. Even so, the occasional use of sweet, unhealthy snacks is not completely meaningless. In crisis situations they provide us with energy and improve mood. A few sweets eaten from time to time will not ruin our health, quite the opposite, we will make a rainy afternoon or a meeting with friends more attractive.
