Sweets and confectionery tempt us with bright colors and the promise of unusual taste. Seeing multi-colored candies, formed into delightful shapes, we are often tempted to buy such unusually-looking sweets. However, it should be remembered that the ingredients from which they are prepared include not only a lot of sugar, but also dyes and flavors that are not really healthy. Their concentration in the product is strictly controlled and cannot exceed the permitted standards, however, the colorful lollipops consumed in excess will certainly not affect our well-being. Nevertheless, it does not mean that eating a colorful treat from time to time is forbidden.
