However, it is worth remembering that it has also some curative properties. Jasmine oil is used in aromatherapy as a tranquilizer and soporific. It perfectly removes tiredness and stimulates brain activity. Jasmine flowers can be also used to prepare a curative brew, which has some antibacterial qualities, removes toxins from our body and lowers blood pressure. What is more, jasmine flowers contain potassium, iron and magnesium and for that reason they are recommended to people who are physically active and those who work a lot.
