Green tea is a very healthy drink. Due to its characteristic aroma it is not to everyone’s taste, however, everyone should give it a try. It is produced exclusively from the Chinese tea varieties, the leaves of which were only slightly processed. The scientific research proved that regular drinking of green tea accelerates burning of fat tissue. What is more, it contains caffeine and other stimulants, and for that reason it can be a healthier alternative to coffee. It has been also proved that the effect of stimulation after drinking green tea last longer, although it is not experienced as clearly as after drinking a cup of coffee.
