Cascade or a waterfall where streams of water flow through several stone steps, is a very attractive decoration. Most commonly it serves as a supplement to a small body of water, arranging space around it and supplying water. Landscape architects usually pay special attention so that the client's cascade and pond mimic the natural environment. Therefore, in order to build a picturesque cascade various sizes of stones should be used, as they create subsequent steps of a small waterfall. The whole decoration is complemented with flowers, grass and small bushes. Stone and plant compositions are excellent decorations of parks, city gardens, private plots and courtyards.
