The stalls with oscypeks, golkas and so called braids, as well as with different delicacies, are visible in Zakopane (Poland) almost everywhere. The most popular - oscypek - is a hard smoked cheese, made of sheep milk, with acceptable little amount of milk of cows of red breed. Exceptionally popular among tourists are grilled oscypeks served most often with cranberries. The cheese is made in bacowka (Gorolian cot), on the mountain pasture, from May to September, and is sold until the end of October.
