Puppy of Greenland Dog

Greenland Dog is one of the dogs' breeds classified to the section of northern sled dogs. Greenland dogs have been bred for centuries on Greenland by the Eskimos for pulling and hunting purposes (they are used in bears and seals hunting), they are extremely tough and have a hunting instinct which is very well developed. Their strength, persistence, resistance to climatic conditions, spontaneity, need of hierarchy, friendly attitude towards people and limited requirements make them one of the best sled dogs. Roald Amundsen used Greenland dogs during his successful expedition to the South Pole in 1911.
