Healthy breakfast

All sorts of mixtures of cereals, which are the basis of a healthy, nutritious breakfast have been popular in recent years. Muesli, which is rich in vitamins and minerals, is now beginning to displace cornflakes that are particularly adored by children. The addition of sweet raisins, nuts, pumpkin or sunflower seeds will provide a double portion of energy. The mixture of oat, rye and millet flakes, enriched with equally nutritious additions, is best served with milk or yogurt. A tasty composition can be supplemented with pieces of fresh fruit or honey. A bowl of muesli will assuage hunger for a long time, allowing a healthy start before an active day.
