Ice cream

Ice cream might be the wonderful dessert throughout the whole year but it is the most valued during the hot summer days. The recipe of the present day ice cream originated at the beginning of the 18th century, however, the ancient Greeks were selling the delicacy made of snow with honey and fruit. Ice cream is popular almost all over the world and there are many forms and flavours of it. In Japan it is popular to eat ice cream of green tea flavour, the Greeks like olive ice cream with figs. In the Philippines popular are mostly sorbets and in several countries we can also come across vegetable or even meat ice cream.
