King Edward I locomotive

King Edward I is a GWR 6000 Class, number 6024, steam locomotive, built in June 1930. The Great Western Railway produced 30 examples of 6000 Class, all were named after kings of England. They were the largest, with one exception, steam locomotives the GWR ever built. King Edward I is one of three preserved examples of GWR 6000.
