Cup of latte art coffee
Patterns made of milk foam can be used to decorate a black espresso and when they are combined with crema, i.e. natural brown foam on the surface of this type of coffee, they create unique images. The ability to "paint" with the use of milk foam is called latte art. Figures that make a hot drink more beautiful are often interspersed with hundreds and thousands, drops of sweet sauce, or made with the use of a special template. The most popular latte art designs include leaves, rosettes and hearts. The best baristas take part in special contests and competitions, during which the surface of coffee changes into small works of art.
