Ljubljana is a student’s city and the capital of Slovenia. One of the most notable Ljubljana bridges is the Tromostovje triple bridge on the river Ljubljanica. It is a group of three bridges spanning the modern district of Ljubljana with its historic center. The oldest fragment of the bridge dates from the first half of the 19th century. Coming down from the footbridge on the Ljubljanica river we will reach the Prešeren Square, where we may admire the 17th-century Franciscan church with a characteristic pink facade. The majestic castle hill dominates the busy Old Town.
