Gdańsk is a large port city on the Baltic Sea in northern Polish. Gdańsk Marina is located in the heart of its downtown, between Szafarnia street and Granaries Island. The modern yacht marina situated on the New Motława River has been in operation since 1997. It has several dozen of mooring places, a range of sanitary facilities and a petrol station. Vessels from all over Europe moor there. The area of the marina is frequently visited by tourists as it is close to most of Gdańsk historic monuments, numerous shops, cafes, restaurants and a charming promenade.
