Monte Carlo, which is Monaco's district, is famous not only for the fact that it is a historic capital of gambling. The Monte Carlo Rally, which goes through the streets of the city, has been organized since 1911. Formula 1 races take place here on the regular basis as well. The International Circus Festival is commonly known. Year by year the Television Festival gains more and more popularity too. During the Festival the best series actors receive awards. If it were still not enough attractions, it is worth remembering that the city is situated by the sea, on the mountain hill.
