High quality meats and cheeses will be perfect ingredients of a tasty sandwich or snack. It is important that these products do not contain artificial additives and the process of their production was as much traditional as possible. Food of animal origin, i.e. the one that contains milk or meat must be of a good quality and come from a trusted producer. Today meats and cheeses supplied by the farmers from small-scale farms, who are personally involved in the production of goods, are most willingly purchased. Maturing, noble cheese and aromatic, smoked ham or sausage are served on numerous tables during holidays and family gatherings, as well as meetings with friends, accompanied e.g. by a bottle of good wine.
