Monument Valley (USA)
Monument Valley is located at the border of the states of Utah and Arizona. The great rocky formations, which appeared due to the process of weathering, are the characteristic features of the landscape. Its popularity the valley owes to cinematography - director John Ford shot most of his westerns there. Monument Valley is the part of the Colorado Plateau.
