Moose

Moose is the largest presently living species of the ungulate mammals representing the Cervidae family, which is distinguished by characteristic, large and heavy antlers and long limbs. Moose inhabit wet forests of northern Europe, Asia and America. They have a good smell and hearing, but very poor sight, however, they perfectly recognize changes of light intensity (dawn and twilight). Grown-up males reach the weight of over 700 kg. Moose are rare, and that is why they are protected all year round.
