Mozambique is located on the Indian Ocean. The climate of this area is mostly influences by a warm Mozambique current. In fact, a year in Mozambique can be divided to two seasons: dry and rainy. Tropical forests cover 20% of the country’s territory, majority of the territory is occupied by grassy savannahs, whereas the picture depicts mangrove forests that are characteristic for the ocean coasts.
