Olive Grove (Israel)
Olive trees in Galilee in Israel. Olives have been grown since 5000 years. Phoenicians made them popular in the Mediterranean region. Olive trees can be as old as 1500 years, some of them are likely to remember even the beginnings of our era. Olives are usually eaten as marinated products but they are also used to produce olive oil.
