Osaka is a large industrial centre and the third largest city of Japan. The city owes that to a large seaport and favorable transport links with the rest of the country. The city is divided into 24 administrative wards, all of them are different in terms of capacity: there are clusters of shopping centers, relatively quiet places full of cafes and restaurants, the places imbued with the American and European cultures – which is particularly visible in the architecture of the downtown.
