Colorful fruits of pepper. Pepper is consumed as a vegetable, but also as a spice. It is a very important ingredient of various cuisines of the world. It is difficult to imagine Hungarian of Balkan cuisines without pepper, but it is crucial to remember that the red gold arrived to Europe only in 16th century.
