Puppy
Puppy is a new-born dog, from 1 week to a few months old. Puppies are born blind and deaf, during the first vegetative phase, which lasts for two weeks they sleep for 90% of a day. When they are 3 weeks old the socializing phase begins, during which the animals grow up physically and learn the basic activities, e.g. how to obtain food. Towards the end of the socializing phase, which takes place between the 7th and 12th month of life, the puppy becomes a grown-up dog.
