Composition of ripe vegetables and fruits

Dietitians advise to eat at least five portions of vegetables and fruits a day due to their beneficial influence on our health. The research has shown that people who follow that advice not only can boast of their beautiful bodies, but are also more self-satisfied if it comes to their lives and above all they are healthier. It is important to choose products of various colors, as every single natural coloring that is contained in plants has a different effect on human’s body. We should eat healthy products, i.e. colorful products.
