Sour fruits salad
Sour fruits, such as kiwi, are a valuable source of vitamin C and potassium and therefore good for our immune system, they also help fight colds. Citrus fruits have similar qualities, including tangerines that are full of natural antioxidants. Apples protect against heart diseases and regulate the function of intestines. Sour fruits enrich the taste of porridge, muesli with yogurt and cream-based desserts. They will also be a great dietary snack, especially in winter, when we lack vitamins and minerals. Kiwi, apples and tangerines energize and are not fattening, if they are ripe they have a delicious taste.
