Tart with cream and strawberries
Tart is a type of baked dish in the shape of a flat round cake with sweet or dry stuffing. Most often it is prepared on short pastry, however, you can also use puff pastry to bake it. What we fill the tart with depends on our imagination – in the dry version it can be minced meat with vegetables, seafood in spicy pickle or forest mushrooms in cream sauce. In the dessert version, the tart tastes best with a delicate cream based sour cream or fluffy cheese and fresh seasonal fruits, thanks to which, the dish has both taste and nutritional values.
