Fruits of the forest is a collective name of fruits that grow wildly, however, one must remember that their numerous varieties are grown in gardens, e.g. raspberries or berries. They are all very tolerant of natural environment conditions – these plants are abundant and they grown quickly. Their fruits owe their rich colors to pigments, which have the function of a natural antibiotic – they make the immune system stronger and help fight infections. What is more, fruits of the forest are the sweetest and tastiest and for that reason a dessert prepared from such fruits will not be only healthy and light but also exceptionally delicious.
