They have slightly pointed petals arranged in a star-like shape and they blossom relatively early. Hyacinth is a plant belonging to the Asparagaceae family. Its tiny flowers that resemble bells cluster in purple, light blue, white or yellow-orange groups. They are characterized by a beautiful smell. Both tulips and hyacinths bloom in spring.
