Cheese is a popular food product derived from processed milk. Hard cheeses, usually called yellow ones, are quite caloric, however, it is not worth eliminating them completely from the diet as they contain a lot of easily digestible calcium, protein and vitamin B12. The cheese not only sates and tastes well, but also improves immunity and positively affects our well-being. It is important, however, to avoid cheaper cheese-like products that contain hardened vegetable oils and not very healthy additives in the form of stabilizers and preservatives.
