Christmas is the time that many Christians spend in the family circle. Family gatherings most often revolve around the table full of various goods, while members of the family spend a nice time, talk, sing carols and Christmas songs as well as eat Christmas specialties. Among the foods that are prepared occasion, there are plenty of cakes and desserts that are eagerly eaten both by children and adults. Their beautiful look makes it difficult to resist another piece as it is a promise of unmatched flavor. Dietitians warn against eating too much sugar, however, during the short and beautiful time of Christmas we indulge ourselves and eat a bit more than usual.
