In hot weather our bodies should be regularly hydrated. An adult should drink up to two liters of water a day and drink even more in the periods of increased physical effort or high temperatures. Drinking mineral water moisturizes skin, improves metabolism and helps cleanse the body of toxins. On a hot day water will taste best if it is served chilled with mint and balm leaves, as well as lemon or orange slices. Such a drink can be also enhanced by the addition of seasonal fruit, which give a delicate flavor to the water.
