Donuts are delicious yeast products fried in deep fat. They are formed into slightly flattened balls with fruit or chocolate filling. Donuts with a hole in the middle are an exception. The popularity of donuts is associated, among others, with a large variety of toppings, sweet sprinkles and fillings, among which everyone will certainly find his favorite one. An equally delicious alternative to donuts are oblong éclairs from choux pastry. They are usually served stuffed with creamy or custard cream and chocolate glaze.
