Småland is a province located in Götaland. Its scenic areas are located in the south-eastern part of Sweden and are full of forests and lakes. There are several thousand lakes in Småland. The bodies of water, including rivers and streams, are connected together creating long chains and are full of noble species of fish. Most of the lakes are situated in the post-glacial area, in the ancient ravines. The bodies of water are surrounded by boulders that had rolled down from the Småland Highland as well as various species of trees. The province of Småland is an ideal place for fishing, the lovers of wildlife and water sports.
