Raspberries are a popular seasonal fruit, which can be found at every Polish market in August. They contain lots of vitamins and minerals, but at the same time they are not fattening, so it is worth to eat them as often as possible. Thanks to exceptional taste qualities these sweet-sour fruits are widely used in the kitchen. They are a perfect ingredient of cakes, desserts and preserves such as jams and purees that might be a tasty addition to pancakes or ice cream. Raspberry juice strengthens the immune system and helps cure colds, whereas raspberry tart is certainly something delicious for those who have a sweet tooth.
