A florist is a person who deals with arranging floral arrangements for a variety of occasions: from a modest name-day bouquet, to a comprehensive setting of celebrations such as weddings, funerals or elegant banquets. At present, artistic selection and arranging of cut flowers are very popular. Decorations made of live plants never go out of fashion and accompany us not only during the most important moments in life, but more and more often on daily basis – in offices, reception areas, as well as in private homes and gardens. A good florist should not only be creative and artistically talented, but also have appropriate botanical knowledge.
