Sheep are one of the most popular farming animals in the world. They are bred mostly for milk and wool, in lesser degree for meat. Sheep, depending on the species, have various colors of wool. The most common are white sheep, but brown ones occur equally often. Sheep graze on meadows – especially on mountain and alpine pastures.
