Cookies are confectionery's products of various shapes, sizes and flavors. Cookies are different from pies because they are always used as one serving. Cookies are produced from various pastries (e.g. yeast, crispy or French ones) and various additives (e.g. creams, fillings, whipped cream, jelly, fruit). Crispy cookies (dry ones) are more lasting than pies stuffed with fillings or creams. They are made in special forms or are formed with a help of a confectionery's syringe. Crispy cookies are most often sold in shops in packages or sold by weight.
