Klaipeda, Lithuanian city located at the Baltic Sea coast, is the most important port in the country, which is often called "the Lithuanian water gate". The Klaipeda port, which serves naval passenger ships, yachts as well as large cargo ships, is the centre of naval economy of the country. Millions of tons of various goods, transported to many parts of the world, are reloaded in the port annually.
