Cusco is a Peruvian city, located in the south of the country at the height of over 3000m. The city was established by the Incas in 12th century. Throughout centuries Cusco has been extended. Today the remains of Inca buildings are neighboring those erected by the conquistadors. Cusco is famous for beautiful, cobbled, narrow streets, with single-storied and two-storied buildings on both sides of the street. These buildings are build of stone, bricks and clay. The city is a great tourist attraction of Peru.
