Cream of red roasted peppers is a tasty and nutritious meal. Soup prepared of mixed vegetables, enriched with hot spices and aromatic herbs is a perfect meal during the autumn-winter season. A few tablespoons of such cream is enough to warm and sustain us on a cold day. The taste of grated pepper could be broken with olive oil, garlic and sour cream. Thick, velvety soup can be a separate dish, but it may also be served as a starter – accompanied by slices of fresh bread and sprinkled with chive or parsley.
