Death Valley in Namibia is located in the Namib Desert. This desert is considered to be the oldest on the Earth – its age is estimated at about 80 million years. Namibia’s environment, although severe due to its climate, is unpolluted by people and unique worldwide and it delights more and more tourists. High dunes with colors ranging from intensive yellow to red and unique dead trees as well as remains of other small plants are characteristic for the landscape of the Death Valley.
