Bread is one of the basic ingredients of people's diet, it is known since the oldest days. There are three basic types of bread: wheat (baked from wheat flour), rye (baked from rye flour) and mixed (baked from wheat-rye flour). Bread may be baked in a variety of forms: white, dark and wholemeal bread, white and wholemeal rolls, bagels etc. Various additives may be used with bread: poppy seed, sugar, raisins, sesame, cereal grains, honey etc.
