An extensive monastery and temple complex, which meets both religious and educational functions, is located in the city of Phu My in the south-east of Vietnam, in the province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau. There is a Buddhist temple within the complex, in which retreats for monks are organized. Some architectural objects, including monolithic statues of Buddha, have been entered in the Guinness Book of World Records. Temple buildings are located in the beautiful surroundings of manicured gardens.
