Kotor is a charming port town in the south-west of Montenegro on the Adriatic Sea. The Church of Our Lady of Remedy with a distinctive bell tower topped with a small dome is one of the most beautiful historic buildings situated in Kotor. The temple was built in 1518 on a hill so it dominates the panorama of the Old Town. Going further up the edge of the cliff we will reach the fortress of St. John built by the Venetians. Kotor also has medieval town walls, two Orthodox churches, a park and the beach.
