Riga lies at the mouth of the Daugava River, where its waters flow into the Baltic Sea. The capital of Latvia has a beautiful old town full of Art Nouveau buildings, which was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. In Riga there are four bridges, twenty-two city parks, 368.5-meter Radio and TV Tower, well-preserved merchant houses, medieval churches and the sixteenth-century castle.
